My first experience with Indian was not really good. During the short flight the staff managed to show the shoddy level of service that an airline could offer. Request for a glass of water or a pen was taken with much hostility and never responded to. Though the food was not as bad. If you plan to travel IC then please do consider taking all essentials with you and dont expect any help from the staff.
